2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. 

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. 

4. Orders By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted. 

5. Payment We accept payment via PayPal and credit/debit card through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely. 

6. Shipping and Delivery We ship worldwide internationally. Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 business days for Europe and 5-12 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over €18. 

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving any reason, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy available at www.curio-styles.net/right-of-withdrawal. For low value items we may at our discretion offer a full refund without requiring the physical return of the goods. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange your return. 

8. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item please contact us within 14 days of receipt at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. 

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text, logos and product designs is the property of Curio Styles and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Curio Styles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the original purchase. 

11. Privacy We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on this website. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order. 

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
